Shipping Policy – Camilla Holm Studio

1. Production & Delivery Time

Our products have different delivery times depending on whether they are ordered directly through the webshop or if they are original artworks:

  • Art Prints and Designs: Made to order via the webshop. Production time is typically 2–5 business days, and shipping time is 2–5 business days thereafter, depending on the destination country.

  • Linocut Prints: The total delivery time (production and shipping combined) is approximately 5–10 business days.

  • Original Artworks: Since original artworks are already created, they do not require production time. The delivery time and details regarding secure packaging are agreed upon individually and directly with Camilla Holm during the purchase process.

2. Shipping & Prices

Standard orders placed via the webshop are shipped with GLS or an equivalent courier partner. Original artworks are always shipped via a specialized art courier to ensure the best possible protection during transit—unless personal collection is agreed upon.

  • Special Terms for Original Artworks: Original artworks cannot be purchased directly through the webshop; they are purchased via direct contact with Camilla Holm. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the artwork. Shipping is calculated individually based on the delivery address and the size of the piece, and it will be clearly stated on your final invoice. If you choose to collect the artwork in person from our studio by appointment, the shipping costs will naturally be waived. If an original artwork is to be shipped, it is always delivered directly to your address via an art courier.

  • Delivery Location (Webshop Products): Art prints, linocut prints, and designs are delivered to your nearest parcel shop or directly to your address, depending on your country and your selection at checkout.

  • Shipping Cost (Webshop Products): The price is automatically calculated at checkout and varies by destination country as well as the size/type of the package.

  • Free Shipping (Applies to Webshop Products Only): We offer free shipping on art prints, linocut prints, and designs for orders above certain values. The exact shipping cost and any free-shipping thresholds for your country are always displayed at checkout:

    • Denmark: Free delivery on orders over 800 DKK.

    • Germany: Free delivery on orders over €149 (standard shipping: €10).

    • Sweden: Free delivery on orders over 1,500 SEK (standard shipping: 79 SEK).

    • Netherlands: Free delivery on orders over €149 (standard shipping: €10).

3. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal on all our products—including art prints, linocut prints, designs, and original artworks—starting from the day you receive your item.

The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging. As the buyer, you bear all costs associated with the return shipping as well as the risk for the item during transport. Please note that the original shipping fee applied to the invoice for the delivery of an original artwork is non-refundable upon cancellation of the purchase.

  • Important Note Regarding the Return of Original Artworks: Original artworks must not be sent using standard parcel services or dropped off at a standard parcel shop. They must be collected from your address and returned via a specialized art delivery service (art courier) with full insurance covering the complete value of the artwork. Alternatively, returns can be made via personal delivery to our studio by prior appointment.

  • Instructions: For webshop products, you can initiate your return via our return portal located at the bottom of the page. For the return of original artworks, please contact us directly.

4. Damaged Items Upon Receipt

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible—and no later than 2 days after receipt—at contact@camillaholm.com.

Please include photographic documentation of both the item and the packaging (where the shipping label is clearly visible). This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
